"To be well in one's pumps", synonymous with our well-being
For 94% of people, to be well in what one carries, it is to be well with oneself. The shoes would be, for one French in five, the secret to feeling better all day long.
Shoes: the functional accessory or fashion?
It depends! For these gentlemen, more than 8 out of 10, the shoe remains a functional accessory while for these ladies, it remains a real fashion accessory. Better still, for 20% of respondents aged under 35, this accessory would even be the one around which they would build their outfit in the morning.
In the closet ... Men have between one and ten pairs while one woman out of two owns more than 20, of which 7% have more than 50 pairs.
A social accessory
Although outside the fashion component, 59% of French respondents would see shoes as a reflection of their personality and their relationship to life.
50% of women still pay close attention to wholesale men shoes, and even more (61%) to CSP +.
Shoes: seduction asset?
71% of women think majority that men prefer them on stilts, that is to say, carrying an attribute with a strong connotation of seduction.
Men, for their part, 69%, think mainly that these ladies prefer them in shoes with laces, moccasins or brogues, either bearing an attribute of social success.
